McCabe 2013 ECG Assessment

This assessment is designed to evaluate your ability to use the 12-lead ECG alone to make the diagnosis of a coronary artery occlusion. It uses a standardised set of 36 ECGs from the McCabe 2013 study of physician accuracy in interpreting potential STEMI electrocardiograms.

You get no history, no troponin and no prior ECG - just the tracing, exactly as the physicians in the study had it. Answer all 36 and you will get your accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, how you compare to the cardiologists and emergency physicians in the study, and a worked explanation for every ECG.
